Before designing Dholera, a detailed study was conducted of the world’s leading smart cities. The best practices from these cities were carefully analyzed and adopted to ensure world-class infrastructure.
For example, cities known for their superior road networks were studied, and similar road planning concepts were incorporated. Likewise, cities with highly efficient drainage systems were evaluated, and their proven designs were adapted into Dholera’s master plan. In the same way, multiple global benchmarks—from urban mobility to utility management—have been thoughtfully integrated.
As illustrated, Dholera reflects a combination of the finest elements from top smart cities around the world. This is the reason why the project achieved a prestigious Platinum Rating even before its completion, highlighting its exceptional planning and future-ready infrastructure.
